With any new structure, we first need to ensure a solid foundation is in place for structural support. In this step we also need to make sure proper electrical, HVAC, and plumbing is in place for the new structure.

Exterior walls go up and interior is framed. In this step you can walk through the addition and see room, closet, and bathroom sizes. This is also the step where we run electric throughout the space. Outlets and light switches are planned accordingly.

This step is generally the quickest. It takes approximately 2-3 days for this step to be completed. Most homeowners ask for drywall on their ceiling as well as the walls. Drywall offers a uniform, clean look that is very visually appealing. 

This is when all of your personal touches bring your addition to life. Flooring and light fixtures are installed, walls and ceilings are painted, bathroom fixtures are installed.
