This sums up my great experience with MJC Construction. I have dealt with many contractors before and I usually encountered empty promises and unmet deadlines. Not with Mike from MJC!

From the moment he came in for an estimate, I felt comfortable with the level of details he provided, expert advice he gave and attention to detail.

Mike is not your average contractor, he has the vision of an architect/designer. He gave me very valuable suggestions about the new sunroom layout, while keeping in mind the very specific requirements of my HOA to match all the current siding, windows, paint, roof, gutters, and doors.  Mike created all the diagrams requested by the HAO and helped to file the paperwork. I was virtually the only member in my community who did not get their proposal returned by the HOA for more information.  What was great was that he was able to match all of the items, but upgrade them beyond builder level materials to provide higher quality products.

As part of the sun room addition, MJC was able to seamlessly match the siding so that it appears that the room was always part of the house.  They were able to maximize the number of windows in the space to allow me to open all of the windows and feel like I’m outside when I want or use the free standing HVAC system to heat or cool the room at a very low cost.

It is important to mention that his crew is working extremely fast and very clean. Our house was spotless at the end of the work day, even though they were coming back tomorrow. And they were always on time.

Did I mention the affordable prices? What is quoted is what you pay, plus some extras here and there – a very transparent process.
